T-shaped learning for the New Technologist

We have just published a “White Paper: T-shaped learning for the New Technologist and we welcome comments, feedback and requests to join in this conversation.  We are intending to hold several Think Tanks to specify the 3 arms of the T-shape and to then propose a practical model for education that makes use of the elements that currently work well but ensures that all 3 skill-sets are developed and assessed
