NEF supporting European Science Festival
Media and science are inextricably linked when it comes to promoting future technical and scientific careers. Improving public awareness and understanding of the role of science, engineering and technology takes a centre stage in Lisbon this year.
That is why NEF is proud to be sponsoring the best European TV Science Drama Award, which this year is being held at the Science Centre in Lisbon on 23 November.
NEF Director of Operations Michelle Medhat commented “Our daily activities are fused with many scientific applications that we take for granted; The Science TV Drama & Media Awards create a memorable pan-European event that touches many individuals at all ages. The Awards provide a platform to recognise those who strive to bring the fascination and enjoyment of science to main stream media”.
